Choose a departure
Select airports, local travel dates and passenger count. A seat booking is for the chosen flight; it does not charter the whole aircraft.
Before you book · Before you fly
Understand what you are choosing, how payment is confirmed and which departure details to check. Keep this guide alongside the instructions for your specific journey.
Booking a seat
Select airports, local travel dates and passenger count. A seat booking is for the chosen flight; it does not charter the whole aircraft.
Choose one seat for each adult and child. On a return journey, select seats separately on both aircraft.
Use names exactly as shown on travel documents. Add your contact email, and declare children and pets.
Check every segment, the full fare and the Terms of Carriage. Then choose the asset and network shown at checkout.
Payment & tickets
The payment screen gives a receiving address, asset, network, exact amount and payment window. Network fees are additional: the full requested amount must reach the address. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible.
Your booking remains pending until the payment system confirms receipt. After confirmation, tickets are available through the private booking link and sent to the email you entered. If the email is delayed, check the booking page and contact the concierge.
Before paying, read the cancellation, change, late-payment and refund provisions in the Terms of Carriage. Contact the concierge about a payment discrepancy; do not send a second transfer to correct it without instructions.
Your departure
A private terminal or FBO may have a different entrance from the main passenger terminal. Obtain the following details for your confirmed flight:
Follow the confirmed meeting instructions. The Terms require arrival at least 30 minutes before departure; allow more time when instructed by the operator or when border formalities require it. All displayed flight times are local to the airport concerned.
Check passport, visa, transit and entry requirements with the relevant authorities. Carry the travel documents required for every passenger, including children.
Your information
Booking requires passenger identity details and a contact email. Information needed to arrange the journey may be shared with the operator, terminal or handling provider and relevant authorities, as described in the Terms of Carriage.
Keep private booking and ticket links confidential. Use the passenger form for travel details; do not send passport scans, wallet recovery phrases or unnecessary sensitive information in the concierge chat. Public blockchain transactions are not confidential.
For a question about your information, contact the concierge through the website. A request relating to a booking may require verification that you are authorised to access it.
The site uses cookies and browser storage for essential functions such as search preferences, booking progress, the cookie-notice choice and concierge chat. The current site does not load advertising trackers. Clearing browser storage can remove a saved booking draft; keep your private booking link separately.
A few practical questions
Yes. Adults and children each occupy a seat and pay the same fare. Choose the child count during search, then enter each child's travel-document details in their passenger form.
Pets are declared separately and do not add a passenger-seat charge. Acceptance remains subject to the operator's approval, cabin arrangements and the documents required for the route. Declare the animal before travel.
No. Browsing, a shared flight link and an unfinished booking do not guarantee a seat. The system checks the flight and seat availability again during booking; confirmation follows the payment conditions in the Terms.
Check the nearby dates shown in search, or ask the concierge about alternatives. Check the exact route, date, aircraft and fare of any new proposal before continuing.
Use the terminal or FBO address confirmed for your flight. Do not assume the main airline check-in area is the right meeting point. Ask for a map location and a handling contact if these have not been supplied.
Read the Terms of Carriage before payment and clarify any flight-specific conditions with the concierge. A cancellation question or complaint can be raised through the website concierge; include the booking reference and avoid posting private ticket links publicly.
