Website use
- Website
- Website provider
- Effective date and version
Visitors may use the website to review available services, contact support and complete a booking. Information entered for a booking must be accurate. Private booking, payment and ticket links should be shared only with the intended recipient.
Do not attempt to access another customer's information, interfere with the booking service, submit malicious content or misuse the support system. Permission to use the website does not transfer ownership of its content or branding.
Search results may change before a booking is confirmed. The confirmed itinerary and subsequent operational instructions govern preparation for the journey. A payment-only link gives its recipient access to payment instructions and status; it does not authorise access to passenger records or changes to the booking.

Service and confirmation
The itinerary must state the airports, travel dates, local departure and arrival times, aircraft or aircraft category, selected seats and total price. The confirmation process and the point at which the contract becomes binding are:
Any condition requiring confirmation by the operating carrier must be disclosed before the customer commits to payment. Confirmed operating details and subsequent changes must be communicated to the booking holder.
Passengers and travel documents
The booking holder must provide correct passenger details and the email address to which booking documents should be delivered. Passengers must carry the travel documents, visas and permissions required for their particular journey. Conditions for children travelling with an adult, unaccompanied passengers or passengers needing assistance are:
Each child included in this booking occupies a paid passenger place. Pets are recorded separately and do not increase the passenger count or website fare. Carriage of a particular animal remains subject to the operating carrier's requirements and approval.
Seats, baggage and airport arrival
Seat availability is checked during booking. Before payment is detected, the booking holder may close the current payment request, change available seats and create a new payment request. Previously completed passenger fields remain available in that browser tab for review and correction.
- Baggage allowance, prohibited items and any aircraft-specific restrictions
The departure instructions must identify the correct airport, terminal or FBO entrance, full address, reporting time and boarding deadline. A general airport address is not confirmation of a particular terminal. Required reporting time, late arrival and no-show conditions:
Changes and disruption
- Customer changes and cancellation conditions
- Carrier changes, substitute aircraft, cancellation and the available remedies
- Carriage conditions, liability, complaints deadlines, dispute procedure and applicable law
These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Booking and support may involve contact information, passenger and travel-document details, itinerary, payment references and chat messages. The purposes, legal bases and retention periods are listed below.
| Processing purpose | Information involved | Legal basis | Retention period |

| Booking and travel arrangements | |||
| Payment confirmation and accounting | |||
| Customer support and complaints | |||
| Optional analytics or marketing |
Travel arrangements may require relevant information to be given to the operating carrier, airport or handling services and competent authorities. Service providers, locations of processing and any arrangements for international transfers:
- Hosting, email, blockchain, notification, translation and AI service providers, and the information processed by each
The recipient of a shared payment link receives the itinerary and payment information, not passenger identities or travel-document fields. Blockchain transfers may be publicly observable. Customers should not send a wallet seed phrase or private key to support.
- Applicable access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability rights, request process and competent supervisory authority
Cookies & browser storage
- Website provider
- Effective date and version
The website uses browser storage to maintain service preferences, booking progress and private payment sessions. Booking drafts may contain passenger fields within the current browser tab. A shared payment page does not receive the booking draft.
Browser storage inventory
| Item or key | Purpose | Provider | Duration | Required or optional |
|---|---|---|---|---|
- Analytics and advertising services actually enabled
- Consent choices and withdrawal method for optional services, where applicable
Browser controls may remove locally stored information. Removing booking or payment-session storage can interrupt the ability to resume the same private session on that device.
Payments, cancellation & refunds
- Payment recipient
- Support contact
- Effective date and version
The payment request specifies the cryptocurrency, network, exact amount, receiving address and expiry time. The sender must check these details before authorising a transfer, including any fee charged by their wallet or exchange.
A booking holder may share the restricted payment link with a person paying on their behalf. Payment does not give that person access to passenger details or authority to change the booking. Booking documents are delivered to the email recorded by the booking holder.
The website records successful payment only after the payment service reports the required confirmation. A manual “I have paid” action requests a check and does not itself confirm receipt. Do not send another transfer while an existing transfer is being confirmed.
Closing or changing an unpaid booking invalidates its former payment link. Do not pay using an old request after its expiry or cancellation. A detected or settled transfer requires a separate review before the booking can be changed.
- Customer cancellation entitlement and fees
- Refund entitlement when the operating carrier cancels or changes the service
- Refund review and completion times
- Refund currency, conversion method and applicable network or processing fees
- Process for underpayment, overpayment, wrong-network transfers, late transfers and payments requiring manual review
Mandatory passenger and consumer rights remain applicable.
Complaints
- Responsible business and complaints contact
- Acknowledgement and response times
Customers should provide their booking reference, a description of the issue and, for payment enquiries, the transaction reference. Do not send wallet credentials or unnecessary travel-document copies.
- Escalation, alternative dispute resolution and competent jurisdiction
